Planting Basil Transplants
OSU Horticulture Student, Sam Buie educates us on the transplanter as she and Host Casey Hentges plant basil at the Student Farm at OSU.
Basil Harvest & Processing
Casey stops by the OSU Student Farm to harvest basil. Then we take our harvest to the Robert M. Kerr Food & Ag Processing Center to process our basil.
Basil Packaging & Labeling
OSU Food Scientist, Darren Scott and Business Planning & Marketing Specialist, Andrea Graves advise us about product labeling and packaging as we wrap up our basil processing with the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center.
