What programs are there for drought relief?

(Sept. 14, 2020) - Oklahoma's governor signed an executive order this week establishing an emergency drought commission to address the persistent drought affecting producers in all 77 Oklahoma Counties.  https://www.sos.ok.gov/documents/executive/2044.pdf
