Dr. Ali Mirchi is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Water Management. Dr. Saleh Taghvaeian is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Water Management. Monday’s talk will highlight prime examples of water resources management challenges in Iran such as extensive groundwater table decline, drying-up of lakes and wetlands, and sand and dust storms.
