Oklahoma State University sparked the holiday spirit in Stillwater. On December 2, the 3rd Annual Fanfare of Lights celebration took place on the OSU campus. The Fanfare of Lights is an evening of events designed not only for OSU students and employees, but also for families from Stillwater and surrounding areas.
