2nd Annual Fanfare of Lights

The 2nd Annual Fanfare of Lights was held at Edmon Low Library and included music from Stillwater schools, hot chocolate and a visit from Frosty and Rudolph. Event goers helped countdown to the lighting of the OSU campus.
