Judge Thomas E. Bennett moved with his parents, two brothers and two sisters to Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1928 when his father, Dr. Henry G. Bennett, became the President of Oklahoma A&M College. In this oral history interview excerpt from the O-STATE Stories oral history collection, Bennett talks about his father’s feelings toward Old Central and the importance of saving the building.
