This year's Buchanan Lecture will be given by J.D. Strong, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, and previously Oklahoma's Secretary of the Environment. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and started working with OWRB as an environmental specialist.
