OSU President Burns Hargis speaks at the dedication of the Stillwater Strong Memorial. This memorial is dedicated to remembering Marvin Stone, Bonnie Stone, Nikita Nakal and Nash Lucas, who were killed when a driver crashed into a crowd of people watching the 2015 Oklahoma State Homecoming Parade.
