Dr. Duane Gill Talks the About the Exxon Valdez Disaster

March 24 marks 25 years since the Exxon Valdez ran aground in Alaska. The Head of Sociology at OSU, Dr. Duane Gill, has been a part of a research team that has conducted research on the human impacts of the spill and its aftermath beginning in 1989 and ending Dec. 2013. It is the longest running social science research on a technological disaster that we know of.
