A year ago a group of Oklahoma State University students found Scruff, a terrier mix dog who was tortured, beaten and shot. Today Scruff is living an amazing life and making an impact on the OSU community.
Scruff, who was abandoned by his Stillwater owners, was taken to the OSU Veterinary Medical Hospital and with the expertise of OSU veterinarians and the fundraising efforts of students he was brought back to health and eventually adopted by OSU President Burns Hargis and First Cowgirl Ann Hargis.
