Oh my gosh how much time do we have? There's a lot of reasons. One I think, again Dr. Washington and I identified this gap. There's not another opportunity within Spears that exist like this. We wanted to create an environment where like-minded women that wanted to learn about themselves and Leadership and give them a space to do that.
If you're the type of person that you don't know what you want to do, you just want to have opportunities to be around a cohort of like-minded women, hear about the different topics, such as you know; negotiations, authentic leadership, take some assessments to learn about yourself, and how you work, and how you learn.
Those are all the things that you're not always going to get in the classroom setting, so the more that you can learn about what are other job opportunities out there? What do those look like how do other women in the workplace navigate these types of things?
You're never too young to learn that and it and it takes almost a lifetime to kind of put those things in practice.
So I think the earlier you can be exposed to those things, the better. So of course I'm very biased because I designed the program but, honestly I just I don't think you're gonna have another opportunity quite like this.
