In the first debate of the five part “OSU Debate Series: Decision 2014”, three candidates seeking the Republican nomination for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Senator Tom Coburn faced off. Moderated by Dr. Brandon Lenoir from the Political Science Department, the three candidates debated their positions on the issues that affect college age students and the broader OSU community. The three candidates are Former State Senator Randy Brogdon, U.S. Representative James Lankford, and political newcomer Jason Weger.
