OSU President Burns Hargis joined the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service in officially beginning the celebration of its 100th anniversary. Pres. Hargis read and signed the Centennial Proclamation on behalf of OSU and its Board of Regents. Hundreds of Extension faculty and staff were on hand, who work on campus and in Extension offices in all 77 Oklahoma counties.
