Flooding and swift rising waters are the number one cause of weather related deaths in America. The OSU Fire Service Training department and Oklahoma City Fire Department have teamed up to provide the nation’s premier swiftwater training program in downtown Oklahoma City to train flood rescue teams from around the country in how to save lives in this treacherous water.
