Aaron Hermann, a graphic design senior at Oklahoma State University, earned semifinalist honors for two separate projects at Adobe’s 2014 Design Achievement Awards, an international design competition that attracted more than 4,400 entries.
Hermann, from Stillwater, was honored in the Animation category for “How Wolves Hunt” and in the motion graphics category for “Hactivists,” which previously won “Best in Category” honors at the 2014 Dallas Society of Visual Communicators National Student Show and Conference.
Hermann says that "How Wolves Hunt" was created for an assignment where the expectation was a motion graphics piece that examines and visually explains how something functions.
