OSU-Tulsa's inaugural ASPIRE Award recipient is Captola Dunn. Mrs. Dunn's commitment to the community and decades of dedication to creating a memorial to Ellis Walker Woods, first principal of Tulsa's historic Booker T. Washington High School, make her the ideal recipient of this award.
The award is presented to community members who embody the spirit of OSU-Tulsa's ASPIRE framework: Access to education, Service to the community, Premier Programs, Innovation, Research & Economic Development.
