Segment 1 (1:15)
In this episode of Oklahoma Gardening Host Casey Hentges has a showy shrub called the Vitex 'Blue Puffball' Chaste Tree. Don't let the name fool you, it is a shrub!
Segment 2 (3:00)
We continue our ornamental grass series by looking at perennial grasses. Casey gives us a whole bunch of perennials to choose from but watch out! Some of these grasses could be considered invasive in your area. Check out these websites to make sure!

Horticulture Educator, Joshua Campbell, has a cool new feature over at the Oklahoma County OSU Extension Office Teaching and Demonstration gardens. Just use your smartphone to scan the QR Code on any plant label and it'll take you to the Oklahoma Gardening Youtube Channel featuring a video segment all about that specific plant!
Segment 4 (16:40)
Casey takes us back to a more traditional looking eggplant, the 'Japanese White Egg' Solanum melongena, Eggplant. The eggplant is botanically considered a berry, just like tomatoes!
Segment 5 (18:52)
And Food Nutritionist, Barbra Brown, cooks us up a sausage, onion, bell pepper, and potato dish that's sure to get your tummy rumbling. You can find that recipe and more on our website:
