Hi, my name is Nikos Dimotakis. I study effective and motivational processes, which basically means that I'm very interested to see how people feel and how they experience the workplace, and how they respond behaviorally to whatever stimula they experience. My most favorite topic to study is, how people experience evolving stressors, and circumstances relationships workload, events at the workplace and how that affects them, with a particular emphasis on looking at their emotional state and how that's driving behavior.
