Cloth Face Coverings [Masks] provide a physical barrier that reduces the transfer of airborne droplets which cause respiratory infections. Factors that increase or decrease the level of protection include: donning and doffing the mask, a snug fit and cautious handling and care. A face covering/mask does not guarantee protection against the transmission of any disease.
