Tyler Zander is an entrepreneurship senior from Enid, Oklahoma. He was named a 2016 Oklahoma State University Outstanding Senior on April 18 by the OSU Alumni Association.
While at OSU, Zander served as FarmHouse Fraternity pledge program coordinator and was involved with Oklahoma Blood Institute, the Free Enterprise Society, Freshman Representative Council and Junior Greek Life. His community involvement includes Camp Cavett, motivational speaking, a mission trip to Poland, coaching at the YMCA and Stillwater Parks and Recreation. Zander’s awards include OSU Homecoming Royalty, Spears School of Business Outstanding Senior, Honors College General Honors Award, Top Five Entrepreneurship Senior and Academic Excellence in Entrepreneurship.
Zander will be attending Oklahoma College of Medicine in the fall, and plans on specializing in cardiothoracic surgery or cardiology. Ultimately, he hope to have a role at the intersection of business and healthcare.
