Vaughn O. Vennerberg II, a native of Midwest City graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1976. He has had an extensive career in the oil and gas industry including 23 years with Cross Timbers Oil Company and two appointments to the National Petroleum Council.
