"Jeanine P. Porck is an Assistant Professor and Spears Fellow in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. She holds a Ph.D. from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Her research interests include strategy process, behavioral strategy, intergroup relations, social identity, multiteam systems, and leadership. She is particularly interested in what helps or hinders teams and managers to coordinate and align their strategic efforts, and how these intrafirm relationships impact firm strategy and performance. Jeanine has published in Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management and Journal of Applied Psychology, and has work forthcoming in the Journal of Management Studies. Her research has also been featured in Harvard Business Review online."
