Nancy Randolph Davis was a pioneer in Oklahoma higher education and holds a special place in the history of Oklahoma State University. In the summer of 1949, she was the first African-American enrollee at Oklahoma State University, then called Oklahoma A&M College. In this oral history interview excerpt from the O-STATE Stories oral history collection, Davis talks about her path to Oklahoma A&M and segregation on campus.
